Method

Wash out well rice and udu.and place through a night to get wet.grind them seperately.then mix both type of flour together and add salt and coconut milk to the taste.add sugar honey and sugar in to a pan and take on a cooker to melt.after on a another cooker the mixture that we made before put in to the small hall cloth and puth the mixture come out.in another cooker add some oil to fry.push the mixture out from the cloth which to make small rings.in the hot oil fry the made rings.until its color come to the golden.then put the fried ring in to the sugar honey mixture.then the ring absorb the honey in to it.after it fully absorbed as to fit it get it from the honey mixture and store in a plate and after enjoy it.

Udu 500g
Rice 250g
Sugar Honey 1 Bottle
Salt 1 1/2 spoons
sugar 100g
1 cup of coconut milk
A small Cloth Having 2mm or 3mm small hole
